Insightful Divine Staff of Mastery HSR of all spells 20% Energy +10 Light dmg 11-22 req13 healing prayers energy+5 Healing prayers +1 (chance 20%) inscription: "Measure for measure" I would like to know is this staff any worthy or should I just salvage Staff Wrapping of Mastery (item's attribute +1 (chance20%)) or staff head +5 energy and try sell them? Any opinions?  Thanks for advance
